Lembrete e controle de medicamentos, com o seu dia numa tela sóMedication reminders and tracking, with your day on one screen

iPhoneiPadApple Watch

Em breve na App StoreComing soon to the App Store

Apple Watch, widgets e Siri

O MedControl+ ajuda a lembrar e a registrar.

Take the right medication at the right time, without spreadsheets or sticky notes on the fridge. MedControl+ reminds you of every dose, logs what you took and warns you before the box runs out — for you and for the people you care for.

On the App Store it is called Pill Reminder - MedControl+ (in Brazil, Lembrete de Remédios e Alarme; in Spanish, Pastillero - MedControl+).

Reminders you can answer from the notification

  • Take, Snooze or Skip without opening the app, with the box photo in the notification.
  • A follow-up reminder when a dose is still pending, and an optional heads-up before it's due.
  • Already taken? If you tap Take right after taking the same medication, the app shows the time and asks before logging it — on screen, in the notification, in the widget and on the watch.
  • Alarm mode (iOS 26): the dose rings like an alarm clock, even in silent mode and Focus, with "Taken" on the alarm screen.
  • Critical alert for the medication that can't be missed: its reminder sounds even in silent mode and Do Not Disturb. You turn it on per medication, and the system asks for your permission.
  • Discreet mode: outside the app the reminder only says "Your medication", with no name or photo.

Your day on one screen

A progress ring with the doses taken and the ones left, the week at a glance with each day's status, and as-needed medications always at hand. Tapping a reminder opens Medication time in full screen, with the box photo, how much to take and finger-sized buttons — and, if you like, the dose read aloud. There's also Simple mode, with large text and a single screen.

Set up in seconds

Pick a common medication and the dose, form and times come suggested. Or start with the box: the app reads the name, dose and expiry date from a photo on the device itself, and scans the barcode without internet. Medications from Apple Health can be imported along with their dose history (iOS 26).

Injections

For insulin and pens, the app asks "Where did you inject?" after each dose and keeps the site. With Premium, it suggests the next site in the rotation and shows how many days ago you used each one.

History and a report for your doctor

A monthly calendar with each day's adherence, adherence and delay charts, and a PDF report to bring to your appointment. The Health diary keeps visits and tests, home readings (blood pressure, glucose, weight, temperature, oxygen, heart rate) and symptoms, and can save and read readings in Apple Health.

Supply, prescriptions and pharmacies

Each dose comes off your supply, and the app warns you before it runs out, based on real use. Keep track of what you have at home without taking it too, with each box's expiry date. Prescriptions with expiry and pickup reminders, the drug schedule and the official leaflet one tap away, and purchases logged with price and pharmacy.

Family

  • Profiles to manage the medications of parents, kids or anyone who depends on you, on the same iPhone.
  • Invite a family member through iCloud: you choose what they see, and they get each dose taken or skipped on their own device, plus a notice if a dose goes unlogged.
  • Share supply: a supply-only invite, so the family knows what's at home. Took a pill from your sister's box? Log it under Took from family: the dose goes into your history, and she gets a request to deduct or decline.
  • Caregiver notices: when you take or skip, the app opens a ready message in WhatsApp or Messages; you just tap Send.

Apple Watch, widgets and Siri

  • Apple Watch with today's progress and Take, Snooze and Skip on your wrist, plus complications.
  • Widgets and a Live Activity with your next dose on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
  • Siri, Shortcuts, Control Center and the Action button: "I took my meds in MedControl+" logs the dose that's due.

Your data stays yours

No account, no login. Medications, times and doses stay on your device, with backup and sync in your own iCloud. Reinstalled or got a new iPhone? The welcome screen finds your backup on its own and offers Restore my data before Start fresh. The app can be locked with Face ID or a passcode.

Free and Premium

Free: one medication with reminders and history, "Where did you inject?" for injections, the app lock and exporting your data (spreadsheet and JSON copy), which keeps working even after you cancel. Premium unlocks unlimited medications, the Apple Watch app, iCloud backup and sync, supply and prescriptions, family (profiles, inviting a family member and sharing supply), the full doctor report, the Live Activity, alarm mode, critical alerts, sounds, charts, price and pharmacy, caregiver notices, the health diary and the injection-site suggestion — as a monthly subscription, a yearly one (with 7 days free if you haven't used the trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Whoever accepts a family invite can follow you or see your supply without subscribing.

MedControl+ helps you remember and keep a record. It does not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist: always follow your prescription.
